April 29 - from Cindy - Melbourne, VIC: "My daughter purchased a bottle of rose quartz pure fragrance a couple of months ago. She has only used half of the contents and now it does not spray. I took it back to Knox City and was told that they cannot do anything without a receipt and I should contact head office. Please advise on what I should do to next, as she would really like to finish this bottle and I will not allow her to purchase another whilst this one is half full and it may happen again."
April 30 - from TNS: "Thank you for your email. Yes, under our publicly stated terms and conditions, the store is right in getting you to email us! All you need to do in this instance is take the nozzle off the top of the squirter. For three minutes, run warm water over the little tube that the fragrance comes out of. Replace the nozzle and prime the button a few times. If this doesn't not work, place a small pin down the tube to clear any blockage and do the same again with the warm water. This should dislodge any blockage. Blockages can occur when a product (particularly with deodorants) is left in a warm area, and not used on a regular basis. I really hope this helps."

Recently I purchased a large range of your products from your Cairns Store in Central shopping centre.
In earlier years i have worked with products such as Orlane and Lancome and i must say i have never used products that i have been this happy with.
I have recently had open heart surgery and was feeling a little flat skin and hair were suffering a little from the trauma,after using your products hair shin are better than they have ever been.
And oh the diamond cream what can i say pure luxury.
Every product i have purchased i have been soo happy with living in a tropical area it's hard to find products that are not greasy on the skin,yours absorb quickly into the skin leaving a very clean feeling.
I have even bought my sister some products as she lives in Gympie so she can try for herself and her feedback has been the same as mine.
So all i can say is that you have made one 55year old lady very happy as far as her skin care is concerned,
So thank you very much.

Amanda in your Sydney store is fantastic!
I went in at 5pm yesterday - Amanda's service was awesome!
She was so considerate in explaining everything to me and helped me find products for both myself and my 14 year old daughter.
I spent more 1)because of 50% off and 2)because Amanda was so helpful.
I planned on spending about $15.00 and left after spending $74.00.
I went back the next day to look at the perfumes and Amanda remembered me.
She was cleaning when I got there - as a manager at a large department store - I love that!
People forget to say thank you and offer positive feedback, so I wanted to call.

I recently had the pleasure of discovering the store whilst I was on holidays for a week in Cairns... I needed a 15 minute beauty treatment within the time that I had spare to go shopping. I had tried 3 other shops in that plaza, only to be told that I needed to come back later - 5 hours later! As you can appreciate, when you're on holiday, that is not always convenient and easy to do.
When I first approached 'The Natural Source', I felt a real sense of welcoming into the store, and a friendly approach from the first salesperson to have contact with me. When I made my request for an appointment for my 15 minute treatment, to my delight, I was told that I would be able to have my service done there and then! It's not only that my needs were able to be accommodated straight away, there was a totally different attitude from your staff.
My experience of the 3 lovely sales persons in the store was a welcome relief. I had not been treated with such helpfulness by any other sales assistants in that whole plaza during my shopping experience.
These staff are really to be congratulated on their friendly and helpful approach, and it is my belief that it is a credit to your business that you employ such people. No question was too difficult at all. I noticed other customers were also treated with the same special service.
Thank you to all of you for making my day, and leaving me with such a positive impression of your business.

I just want to say how lovely it is to find an Australian owned company that uses all natural ingredients in their products and has great customer service, so far my experience with your company is first class.
A lot of bigger companies forget the importance of customer service so it’s always great to find one that seems so friendly and helpful!
And to put the icing on the cake, the prices are no where near as expensive as I was imagining!

I went to your shop at Melbourne Airport last Friday morning, and I received excellent customer service. The lady who served me was absolutely wonderful: I bought 2 eye liners and she introduced me to all your products, so I ended buying more than expected!
I love the Rose Quartz fragrance I bought thanks to this lady, and also the eye gel I got in the free gift.
It is not often you get such good value for money and great customer service, so I wanted to give you my feedback.
