Spread a thin layer evenly onto the desired area of your thighs, abdomen, upper arms or buttocks with light circular motions, and leave on for 30 minutes. Allow mud to air-dry for a few minutes before putting on shorts or a bath robe. To obtain faster and more concentrated results, apply a thin film of mud to the specific body area and then wrap with a few layers of ordinary kitchen cling-film.

At the end of the 30 minutes rinse or sponge off with warm water.

For a more intense treatment, go into a steam room or sauna after applying.
