TNS Beauty Store Manager - Full-Time
|
Join our dynamic team and enjoy managing a retail store with over 600 beauty products and an enthusiastic team of sales consultants.
Your role will focus on managing the team, driving the sales and demonstrations of our six brands of lifestyle and beauty products along with coordinating all store operations with the Head Office in Melbourne.
Specifically, as the Store Manager, your duties will involve store layout and visual merchandising, stock management, rosters & staff training.
To fill this role you must have previous retail management experience, preferably in the beauty industry, with a proven track of leadership skills and excellent customer service & selling skills.
You will have a passion for natural skincare and a keen aptitude for demonstrating beauty products to customers.
Product training and incentives will be provided to the successful applicant.
